Vydac 201TP와 218MR Reversed-Phase column은 'polymeric' cross-linked reversed phase를 초래하는 multifunctional silane을 이용한 TP silica(300Å)에 결합된 C18 hydrocarbon으로 구성되어 있다. 201TP 충진제는 end-capping 되어있지 않다.

* Performance Testing *

모든 218MR 흡착제는 제약 분석을 위한 USP specification에 따라서 performance를 확정하기 위하여 multi-ring compounds로 test된다. 모든 201TP 역상 material은 16가지 EPA(Environmental Protection Agency) priority-polluctant polyaromatic hydrocarbons로 테스트 된다.

Vydac 201TP와 218MR은 60:40 ACN:Water에서 shipping된다.

* Recommended elution conditions *

elution condition은 제약 구성물의 분석을 위해 사용되는 USP에 의해 특성화 된다. 201TP 역상 컬럼은 priority polluctant PAHs의 분석에 사용되는 EPA에 의해 특성화된다.
