< Optimal flow rate >

ÃÖÀû flow rate´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº Á¶°Ç¿¡ ´Þ·ÁÀÖ´Ù.

* particle size :   small molecule ºÐ¼®½Ã  4.6 mm ID Ä÷³¿¡¼­,
                         5 ¥ìm Àº 1 ml/min flow rate°¡ ÀûÇÕÇÏ°í,  10 ¥ìm´Â 0.5 ml/min °¡ ÀûÇÕÇÏ´Ù.
                         ÀÌ°ÍÀº  HPLC textbook¿¡ ³ª¿À´Â  Knox ½ÄÀ¸·Î °è»êµÈ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.
